How Care Block Works
Care Block acquires its properties off-market through its relationships with local property owners—many from whom Care Block owner Jacob Moses rented apartments in his 20s—who appreciate Care Block’s commitment to historic buildings and the prosperity of the people who live in them.
Pairing its expertise in real estate development with—most important—neighborliness, Care Block continues the care Jacob received as a tenant in the buildings he now owns to the next generation of neighbors.
